Artemis Foundation, Inc is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for guiding the organization’s mission, strategy and operations.

The Board ensures that all activities align with the organization’s charitable purpose and legal obligations.

Board Structure

  • Minimum of 3 directors

  • Maximum of 12 directors

  • Board elects its own members

  • No voting membership class

Key Responsibilities

The Board provides oversight and approval for major decisions, including:

  • Financial and budget decisions;

  • Organizational strategy and growth;

  • Leadership appointments;

  • Legal and compliance matters; and

  • New programs and initiatives.
