Artemis Foundation, Inc. exists to support individuals in transitional phases by providing stable, affordable housing and access to resources that promote self-sufficiency.

What We Do

Affordable Transitional Housing

We acquire, develop, and operate housing designed for individuals in need of short-term support.

Supportive Services

Through partnerships, we provide access to:

  • Financial education;

  • Counseling services; and

  • Community resources.

Pathways to Independence

Our program is structured to help residents build stability and transition into long-term independence.

Length of Stay

  • Up to 3 years

  • Extensions may be granted in limited circumstances with Board approval

Rent Progression

  • Months 1-6: No Rent

  • Months 7-12: Approximately 60% below market

  • Year 2: Approximately 40% below market

  • Year 3: Approximately 25% below market

Eligibility Overview

Applicants must demonstrate need and meet program requirements. Eligibility considerations include:

  • Demonstrated financial or housing need;

  • Ability to comply with program expectations;

  • No disqualifying criminal history; and

  • Commitment to maintaining program standards.
