Approve budgets and filings; and
Set goals for the upcoming year.

Held throughout the year to review progress, discuss initiatives, and plan upcoming activities.

Executive Officers: 5-year terms
Committee Members: 1-year term

No proxy voting permitted
Members abstain from voting on their own election
