Meetings

  • Held in the first quarter each year to:

    • Elect Board members and officers;

    • Review performance and compensation;

    • Approve budgets and filings; and

    • Set goals for the upcoming year.

  • Held throughout the year to review progress, discuss initiatives, and plan upcoming activities.

  • Held as needed to address vacancies or urgent matters.

    • Board Members: 3-year terms

    • Executive Officers: 5-year terms

    • Committee Members: 1-year term

    • Board members elect new members

    • Majority vote required

    • No proxy voting permitted

    • Members abstain from voting on their own election
